etc, etc... With whatever reason, if your silver jewelry is no longer usable, we can replace it at 50% off the latest selling price. Replacement is only available for our brand's silver products. Brass items are not eligible.
- Please let us know from the Contact Us page that you would like to exchange your item for a replacement.
- We will provide you with a return address to send your item(s) to. The return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer. (Normally, the return shipping cost is 84 yen by regular mail.)
- After confirming that the silver item we received is our brand, we will send you a link to make payment at the 50% off price.
- After we confirm your payment, we will send you a new replacement item. If we do not have the item in stock, please wait for about 3 weeks for assembly and shipping.
Replacement is available any time after 10-day warranty!
